I've been there...
I burned out twice. The second time I has shingles. Both took months to recover from. I've been through restructures in almost every year of my corporate career. I've been made redundant twice. I've experienced anxiety, PTSD, life pivots, and more. I've lived the life I thought should lead, strived for stereotypical 'success' and learned a lot the hard way. I know resilience.
I've changed my life. I now have my own definition of what success looks like for me. I've learned the tools, skills and lifestyle choices I needed to discover and become my best self. Fixed and perfect don't exist, the goal is to be your authentic self with a good quality of life.
I've qualified as a NLP master practitioner breakthrough coach, hypnotherapist and mental health first aider. I've trained in EFT (emotional freedom technique or tapping) mindfulness and self compassion. I blend the tools I use depending on what my clients want and need.

What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
It's the science of how our minds are wired, and uses specific tools and techniques to change this wiring.
Its's the breakthrough tools and techniques Tony Robbins & the Spiegmans use.
Neuro - brain. All our experiences are processed throgh our 5 senses: Visual, Auditory, Kinasthetic, Offlactory, Gusatory.
Linguistic - language & other non verbal communication.
Programming - how our brains are wired & process, code, and add meaning to create thoughts, feelings, experiences and memories.
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is your brain in a relaxed state.
Hypnosis calms the mind and nervous system, quieting thinking, problem solving, and enabling your mind to be more open and resourceful.
Your brain waves & where hypnosis happens:
Beta - cognitive tasks & the outside world, problem solving
Alpha- relaxation, visualisation, creativity, learning
Theta - meditation, intuition, memory
HYPNOSIS - we are receptive to information beyond our conscious awareness
Delta - healing and sleep - detached awareness
I use hypnosis alone, and combine with NLP, depending on what you need.
You are aware and in complete control the whole time.
What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a tool that involves tapping on specific acupressure points.
This stimulates specific nerve endings that causes the release of calming neurochemicals in the brain.
EFT releases tension, reduces anxiety and calms the central nervous system.
When combined with NLP coaching techniques, EFT can rapidly change your emotional state and reduce stress.

In our first session we'll get to know what you would like to work through & start our breakthrough work
Sessions are between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on what you need
Clients usually need one to three session per issue. Our brains are complex, sometimes people get the breakthrough they need in one session, sometimes there are different layers so I'll use a mixture of tools to get you to where you want to be.

I will refer you to additional helpful resources, to a specialist coach in my network, or recommend speaking to your GP if I think this support is better suited for you.
