I’ve spent over 15 years working with some of the biggest global brands across B2B and B2C. I've seen what holds brands, businesses and people back, and what makes them fly.
I've burned out twice. Things needed to change. I qualified as an NLP breakthrough coach and mental health first aider, and made a lot of life changes.
